Using Online Printable Coupons

Online donation coupons are provided as a supplement to the coupon book that Walkers receive in their registration packet. If you use all the donation coupons in your booklet and need more, simply print additional coupons from our website. Crew Members can also access online donation coupons for their fundraising efforts.

Your online donation coupon is personalized with your name and participant ID number. Online donation coupons are also part of an automated processing system that helps to ensure the largest amount of funds raised is returned to the breast cancer cause. These coupons also help to expedite processing, so your donations are credited as quickly and accurately as possible. But to make that happen, they must be used correctly.

Please follow these guidelines:

1. Your printable coupons MUST be used for all check and credit card donations that are mailed to the bank.
2. Please print coupons on white paper only.
3. For each donation include 1 printable coupon with 1 check in any type of envelope.  Mail the donation to AVON Foundation, PO Box 742509, Cincinnati, OH 45274-2509
4. Do not use paper clips or staples.  Do not include more than one donation per coupon or per envelope.
5. Do NOT share your online coupons with other participants or use another participant’s online coupon. Your printable coupon is prefilled with your name and participant number.  This will help to ensure that you get credit for the donation.
6. Please be sure that you and your donors complete the printable coupon properly as follows:

1. Give your donor the full printed donation coupon, including the instructions.
2. You should confirm that your name and 6-digit participant ID number are prefilled on each printable coupon before you send it to your donors. Please call your local office if your name and/or participant number do not appear.  Please do not alter the pre-printed name or participant number.
3. You or your donors should fill in the remaining information using a blue or black ballpoint pen - without their mailing information we will not be able to send them a tax-receipt letter. The address field must be completed.
4. If donation is by check, your participant number should be printed on the memo line.
5. Encourage matching gifts. Please ask your donors to check with their employers.  Matching gift forms along with the donation should be sent to AVON Foundation, 1 Avon Plaza, Rye, NY 10580.
6. If your donor wishes to remain anonymous, please tell them to write “anonymous” in the donor name area. We will not be able to send a tax receipt letter if they chose this option, so be sure to make them aware of this.
7. Please do not send cash or include additional correspondence. Any correspondence should be sent to Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, 1 Avon Plaza, Rye, NY 10580.
