The Avon Walk New York will provide an opportunity like no other. Known by many as a city for walking, you’re likely to see uptown, downtown, east, west, bridges, rivers, parks and sidewalks.

The Big Apple will be at your fingertips and you’ll get a feel for history, neighborhoods, culture, architecture, gardens and nature that you’d never experience another way. Fighting breast cancer at the same time is what makes this a perfect event - October 16-17, 2010!

IN IT for a purpose

We'll walk up to 26.2 miles on Saturday, and 13.1 miles on Sunday-all so that women and men can get the medical care they need regardless of their ability to pay, and leading research teams can receive vital support in their ongoing search for a cure.
